This is the second most popular beach in Cyprus and it is easy to see why. Golden soft sands edge the lovely crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. It is especially suited to families with children due to the shallow waters, however there really is something for everyone here.There is a small island a few hundred metres off shore if you fancy a more energetic swim. The beach is marked by a fig tree which, according to local history, was brought by invaders in the 17th century.
